About This Event
Event Description:
Wendy Suzuki, Ph.D., Professor of Neural Science and Psychology, New York University, discusses how living in the age of anxiety makes us feel as if we are locked into an endless cycle of stress, sleeplessness, and worry. Participants will learn how the brain’s plasticity can help a person control anxiety, regulate emotions, harness fear, and transform fear, hostility, and depression. (Dr. Suzuki is a Professor of Neuroscience and Psychology at the New York University Center for Neural Science.)
