About This Event

Event Description:

Artificial intelligence is capable of replacing people in a growing number of tasks. In this aspect, neural network systems based on biological organisms achieve particular success. In their architecture, neuroscientists notice an opportunity to test their hypotheses pertaining to the activity of a living brain, and technology aficionados presage the era of autonomous machines. During the event, the presenters will talk about the engineering traps of such thinking and demonstrate artistic and social projects that use loopholes in AI systems, proving that some visions of technological development are quite grotesque. The talk will be held in Polish; however, the recording of the transmission will be subtitled in English.
