The students of the above Schools will have the opportunity to visit the laboratory of Human and Animal Physiology of the University of Patras. The visit will include a “power point” presentation by Assoc. Professor M. Margarity on the basic of how our brain works, observation of brain sections at the microscope and an exhibition of a behavioural test in collaboration with Atsopardi K. ( Msc of Biology and PhD student of the department of Pharmacy of the University of Patras) and 4 postgraduate students of the department of Biology of the University of Patras ( Dimitriou Chr. Dimitrakopoulos D., Kairis St. and Kakogiannis D. )
Target audience: ~200 students of General Lyceum and Junior High School
