About This Event
Event Description:
The Danish Resuscitation Council is celebrating the Brain Awareness Week by organising a number of events focusing on stroke through March 9th-15th. Further, the council is running a stroke awareness campaign on social media and television. The events are organised in close collaboration between the Council and local chapters of the Danish Stroke Association and the Danish Brain Damage Association, among other partners. The events and media campaign aim to raise awareness about stroke symptoms in the general public in order to ensure that more stroke patients receive acute treatment and survive stroke with few or no handicaps.
