The lecture itself will talk about the ability of the brain, which enables the development of an individual and the realization of its potential. Neuroplasticity represents the shaping of the brain thanks to the ability of neurons to create new connections and strengthen neural pathways. During the lecture, the concept of neuroplasticity will be explained, in which periods and circumstances it is expressed, which types exist and how it can be stimulated.
