Instagram posts were made: @folhasdecasa and @ lnfi.ufal. The posts will address the influence of nature on brain aspects acting mainly on well-being, as well as applications of the use of plants in the environment, in a medicinal way (teas, aromatherapy) and their cultivation. The aim is to emphasize the importance of connecting with nature in times of a pandemic. They will participate in professional posts working in the following areas: botany, business, architecture and urbanism. In addition, we include integrative therapies in mental health discussing interventions such as: meditation, relaxation, naturopathy and reiki.
