About This Event
Event Description:
Join the Neuroscience Institute for a free information session about the process of applying for graduate school.
This session is open to everyone, whether you’re committed to applying to a Ph.D. program this year or just learning about the process. Barbara Shinn-Cunningham, Kate Hong, and Melissa Stupka will answer your questions about the process. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about topics you may be curious about, such as:
•Your options for graduate training
•How to make your application stand out
•How to get funding for tuition and living expenses, including opportunities focused on increasing diversity in science
We will also have an open question and answer session. You can submit your questions in advance or during the session (no question is too silly!).
CMU is committed to increasing diversity in neuroscience.
