Event Description:
It is estimated that 5 million of those who overcome acute infection of the most famous virus in todays day and age develope a condition known as long-COVID. During the presentation “How are we affected by long-COVID?” we will discuss te lasting consequences of SARS-CoV-2 infection. We will present you a brief overview of symptoms, risk factors, pathophysiological conditions and possible ways of treating long-term COVID, all in hopes of raising awareness about the possible consequences and seriousness of contracting COVID-19.
