Event Description:

Some of the earliest theories of motivation explain goal-oriented behaviors. However, recent research provides clear data and insights into which parts of the brain play a key role in this process. Through the workshop, students will gain new information about how the brain functions in setting and achieving goals. They will also learn useful methods in setting goals in relation to importance but also time frame.
