Event Description:
Mental health is the biggest concern of the modern age, and it is increasing alarmingly all over the globe. The situation becomes even worst in developing nations. In social settings like in Pakistan, the overall health status requires intensive care and attention. To explore the advancements and to dissect the possible role of biomedicines in improving our health status, the Department of Physiology is going to organize an International Brain and Biomedicines Conference (IBBC-2023) with the support of the IBRO/Dana Foundation. IBBC-2023 aims to bring together scientists, researchers, and experts from around the world under one roof to exchange experiences and findings on all facets of biological sciences. The theme of this 1st IBBC-2023 will be “Brain Health: A matter of life and prosperity for a developing nation”. The IBBC-2023 will provide an opportunity for scientists, faculty, researchers and the student community to discuss the role of biomedicines in addressing health and mental health challenges.
