Kinetica Movement
An Improvisational Movement Language inspired by the combination of the sea’s endless motion and the world’s surrounding energy.
Developed by Nadine Bommer Kinetica invites participants to see life from a new perspective- connecting internally through movement.
Originally created to provide unique and exciting movement for her dancers, to support the enrichment of her Animato work; Nadine feels privileged and blessed this technique has evolved for everyone’s well being.
Now sharing this therapeutic technique, with people all around the world- the Virtual Brain Health Center is premiering this program as part of Brain Awareness Week 2021.
Through Animato Dance Art’s Kinetica Movement you will be guided through restorative fluid movements found in nature to heal your body through a deeply powerful holistic connection.
