About This Event
Event Description:
This project is directed to to 10-year-old elementary school children in the city of Mendoza. We will cover basic concepts about the nervous system, the neuron, the processing of sounds and music to expose how our brain interprets sound stimuli and responds to them. Objectives: 1. Familiarize students with concepts such as neuroscience and neuroscientist. 2. Introduce children to the general anatomy and functioning of the nervous system, neuron and the ear. 3. Guide students to understand the mechanisms of perception, memory processing and storage and their relationship with emotions.
