Event Description:

This is a FREE program: The Meditate for Your Memory Challenge is a week-long initiative of the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation. We will practice Kirtan Kriya for 12 minutes every day via Zoom. Over the last 18 years, KK has shown to improve your memory, increase blood flow to the brain, activate important brain areas, improve mood, enhance sleep, and more.
