Event Description:
Youth are invited to attend a mental health matters workshop in line with Brain Awareness Week. The workshop will provide content on mental health, mental health disorders, good mental hygiene practices and behaviours. A peer-to-peer support training will also be provided to teach young people how to identify, assist and refer people in distress. As a bonus the workshop will also provide information on available academic scholarships and how to apply.
