About This Event
Event Description:
From 03/15 to 03/17, the “National Brain Week” will take place, an event organized by the Academic Center of Biology, Academic Center of Medicine (Rita Lobato) of the Federal University of São João del-Rei. This event is a project that takes place in different parts of the country, based on the dissemination of advances and benefits resulting from the study of neuroscience, promoted in our country by SBNeC and an integral part of Brain Awareness Week (BAW). In addition to being consolidated as a global initiative in the dissemination promoted by the Dana Alliance for Brain Initiatives worldwide. The theme defined for this year is “Cultivating resilience”. The event will feature expository lectures in person at the Main Theater of Campus Dom Bosco and online (Google Meet) with the presence of doctors specializing in neuroscience in the field of Medicine, Biological Sciences and Psychology. The event is free and open to the general public.
