Being present in the moment is very empowering. It means focusing your awareness on the here and now. Imagine being able to give your full attention to your client? How would that make them feel? The more important question is: How can you cultivate that capacity in yourself? We look into the science behind the term Mindfulness and the ability to be present in this session. We also touch on MBSR and MBCT and how you can utilize them in your coaching work.
