About This Event

Event Description:

We all know what it’s like to be physically fatigued, but neurofatigue is a whole other thing. Neurofatigue is feeling tired to the point of not being able to do what you want or need to do. It is often experienced by those with brain injury and other neurological disorders.

Unlike physical fatigue, neurofatigue doesn’t respond to brief periods of rest and can influence one’s ability for an entire day or longer. This webinar discusses neurofatigue, how it can impact what one is able to accomplish, and provides strategies to help pace oneself throughout the day to help better manage daily functioning.
