From social and affective neuroscience, it is said that we are wired to communicate, to be social beings and to collaborate. However, the way we perceive our reality can modify how we understand the other’s message, affecting social interaction.
Regulating our empathic response can help us to understand more clearly the message received and therefore improve our social interactions.

Desde la neurociencia social y afectiva, se dice que estamos cableados para comunicarnos, para ser seres sociales y colaborar. Sin embargo, la manera en que percibimos nuestra realidad puede alterar cómo entendemos el mensaje del otro, afectando la interacción social.
La regulación de nuestra respuesta empática, nos puede ayudar a entender de forma más clara el mensaje recibido y por ende mejorar nuestras interacciones sociales.
