About This Event

Event Description:

Two lives will be carried out by Instagram about how contact with nature during the practice of physical activity can help in brain function on 03/17 and 03/18 at 19h (UTC-4). The goal is to encourage people to exercise, promoting a healthier lifestyle. We will demonstrate how a simple activity in contact with nature has the ability to activate areas in our brain and release neurotransmitters that will give a feeling of well-being. In addition, throughout the week, we will launch a very simple challenge on Instagram to stimulate this practice. The challenge will be to perform at least 1 km (about 1500 steps), in an open or closed environment, and through walking, running, cycling, etc. Those who meet the challenge should post a photo after the activity with some element of nature (e.g. flower, sky, tree, river, etc.) and mark the @reabnaamazonia and with the tag #1KUfpa.
