Event Description:
What does play mean to us humans and why is it important to other species? What are its evolutionary purposes and adaptive values? How do playful activities affect brain development in children? How can we improve our brain functioning, creativity and problem solving while having fun? And why we should never stop playing as adults? Answering these questions is the main theme of my presentation, as well as sharing some suggestions of ways to include various types of play in your everyday life in order to improve your brain function and well-being.
