During Brain Awareness Week Alzheimer Bulgaria Association is launching a social media campaign to raise awareness on the prevention of dementia. Prevention is possible through a healthy lifestyle and brain and physical activities. We will provide some tips on how to keep our brains healthy and prevent dementia in this way.
