Event Description:

What does your brain do when you sleep? Why is sleep so important for our health? During this workshop, neuroscientists and Wheaton College students join the MGH Youth Scholars Program students in exploring the role of sleep in brain health through a mini experiment, activity stations, and discussions about how to improve our sleep hygiene.
