Event Description:

The International Research Center for Cognitive Applied Neuroscience (IrcCAN), Faculty of Psychology, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, offers brain enthusiasts the opportunity, through a Neuroscientific Digital Room, to discover a new tool for testing sensitivity to new behavioral addictions thanks to a battery of neurosychological tests delivered online. This new neuropsicological battery has been recently validated and emphasizes strengths and weaknesses at the level of cognitive functioning and related executive functions involved in high-level cognitive processes and decision. The battery can be used to promote behavioral addiction prevention in different age groups.
During the day, participants will then have the opportunity to discover, learn about and try this new innovative tool for screening behavioral addictions, both through the intervention of experts and through interactive laboratories (Neuroscientific Digital Room).

L’International Research Center for Cognitive Applied Neuroscience (IrcCAN), Facoltà di Psicologia, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, offre agli appassionati del cervello l’opportunità, attraverso una Neuroscientific Digital Room, di scoprire un nuovo strumento per testare la sensibilità alle nuove dipendenze comportamentali grazie a una batteria di test neuropsicologici erogati online. Questa nuova batteria neuropsicologica è stata di recente validata e permette di sottolineare punti di forza e di debolezza a livello del funzionamento cognitivo e delle relative funzioni esecutive implicate nei processi cognitivi di alto livello e nella decisione. La batteria può essere utilizzata per promuovere la prevenzione delle dipendenze comportamentali in diversi gruppi di età.
Durante la giornata, i partecipanti avranno poi la possibilità di scoprire, conoscere e provare questo nuovo strumento innovativo per lo screening delle dipendenze comportamentali, sia attraverso l’intervento di esperti sia tramite laboratori interattivi (Neuroscientific Digital Room).
