About This Event
Event Description:
Recent technological and digital innovations have brought about a huge change of work processes related to biomedical research at the level of the individual researcher and the research team. A good ability to use the digital tools (e.g. software to search, collect, transform and control biomedical data) has become an essential requirement for anyone working in the sector research. The advent of social networks has shortened the diffusion time of research results and amplified critical discussion, creating a new one methods of assessing the researcher’s scientific reputation and impact of the product of the research on the company. At the same time, the revolutionary advent of omics sciences and artificial intelligence methods offered a unique opportunity to investigate complex phenomena aiming at a medicine individualized. In this perspective, the creation of networks of multicentric collaborations sharing large databases containing multimodal information (big data) is of fundamental importance to ensure solidity and reproducibility some data. This Workshop aims to offer an overview of new challenges of biomedical research applied to the study of neuroscience, with a view to providing useful insights to optimize research paths and the working context of the participants.
