Event Description:
The lecture for this brain awareness is on depression :a global crisis.It has found that with environmental stress with overwhelming pollution in Rivers State, depression and suicidal increase are on the alarming side.Brain bee competition is an exercise that empowers high school school students to pursue career in neuroscience and about 3 schools will be involved .The students are expected to participate in series of exams,practical steeple chase and finally oral examination.The kids will be taught how to take care of the brain and they will also engage in hand-on activities. These are activities will be very informative to the general participants.
