Event Description:
The University of New England’s Center for Excellence will host their annual Brain Fair using a week-long hybrid format that will take place during Brain Awareness Week. Undergraduate students in the UNE Neuroscience Club are assisting faculty and staff from our labs and core facilities in the creation of neuroscience activity e-books, which will be supplemented with the delivery of materials to schools and homes to conduct the different activities remotely. Directed towards students in grades 1-8, the program will use neuroscience themes to promote an interest in STEM.
