Virtual Brain Education Day

Event Description:

For Brain Awareness Week, Yale Brain Education Day will be hosting an online event for 6-12th grade students on Saturday, March 19th across three different sessions. Each student will receive a kit in the mail with supplies for special hands-on activities for each event! From 10-11:30 AM, join us to investigate how our brains are tricked by optical illusions and how they are used in movies. From 1-2:30PM, learn about how scientists look at the brain under a microscope and look at your own cheek cells under a mini microscope! From 3-4:30PM, test the limits of your brain with fun brain games and learn about the neurological symptoms associated with brain disorders!
