About This Event
Event Description:
Crisis situations, such as pandemics, present a threat to psychical, but also to mental health. It is not easy to learn, but neither is to teach when exposed to fear, disinformation, social isolation, and with frequent use of digital tools. To make it easier for teachers to provide support for their students but also themselves, we present a project that educates about mental health, recognizing symptoms of mental disorders and practical ways of providing support.
