Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:

We offered a virtual, daily meditation practice via zoom. Our experienced yoga teachers alternated to cover the entire week. It was fantastic to see the same people attend every day. We built on last year’s Meditation Challenge, which was successful. This year we had almost twice as many attendees.
