Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
We organized visits to schools to meet children from 6 to 18 years old. There was a huge demand from teachers and we could not satisfy them all. However, we mobilized 65 volunteers (researchers, PhD students) to go into schools and we met more than 2800 children.
We also organized 9 conferences, 2 visioconferences, 3 informal discussions, 2 documentaries followed by a debate, and one show in a theatre which was a real success.
We were a bit disappointed by the lower public attendance at conferences compared to usual (before 2020 and Covid pandemic).

Feedback & Keys to Success
How do you feel BAW participation benefited your organization and the local community?
