Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:

During the celebration of BAW 2018 in Puebla City, Mexico; there were several activities on scientific knowledge and the development of research in Mexico. The conferences and forums in relation to brain studies; that is, behavioral processes, Neurotransmitters, Viruses, neuroendocrinology, neuropharmacology, neurodegenerative disease, Neurochemistry were developed during this event. The undergraduate students were interested in these subjects because they noticed that they could participate in brain research, they also learned how the brain works to share this information with their colleagues, friends and family. Every year in BAW Puebla, Mexico; A poster is organized together, it is an important event in our BAW, because the students participate by showing a subject related to the brain in a poster. We observed a lot of enthusiasm during the preparation and presentation of the poster, more than 100 posters and approximately 200 students participated. In addition, the BAW organizers award the best posters with different books. In addition, in this BAW 2018 he had about 25 workshops with various topics such as “built his brain”, “smells with the brain”, “faces the memory”, “cannabis in the brain”, etc. Teachers, students, children and general public Participated in each of our workshops, in this session the people are very interesting because through didactic forms I learned more about the brain.
