Event Planning & Publicity

Publicity Methods Used:

  • Advertisements
  • Calendar Listings (newspapers, radio, television)
  • Mailings
  • Posters/Flyers
  • Press Release/Media Advisory
  • Website
  • Social Media
  • Other

Other Publicity Methods:

BFF was founded in Barcelona, in 2018. The second edition of BFF was presented in Madrid. Our partner in Madrid made a good effort of P&A in national newspapers and tv stations.

Which of These Publicity Methods Was The Most Successful?

We believe it is a combination of all means. Flyers and programming are extremely useful during the festival, but posters on the streets prior to the meeting -provided by the City Hall- are a very good means to publicize the event. Press release allows to be invited to radio and television stations.
