Chapter Peru joined the Brain Awareness Week (BAW), a global event that allowed us to inform and teach about the importance of knowledge of the brain, through a series of activities aimed at all the public, and was disseminated by the media of television and newspapers in Peru.

How do you feel BAW participation benefited your organization and the local community?
The presence of educators interested in integrating brain concepts and playful games with their students was observed.Increased the number of members in Chapter Peru.University students from different regions of Peru joined the event in the dissemination and convocation of their locations.

Holding virtual events is a good opportunity to reach places where you could not reach an event in a face-to-face format.
