Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
The 2019 event was held at the Universidade Federal Fluminense, in Santo Antônio de Pádua, at Rio de Janeiro state. We had three activities for a week, the first was Jessica’s presentation, describing how she remakes classic games to become educational resources. The second activity was shown by Juliana, discussing contests, their characteristics, how is the useful way to study in order to have more chance of being approved. During the week, we kept a table on the first floor of the Federal Fluminense University mainly building, with human body puzzles as shown in an image attached to this report, for all students, teachers and community. This event had partenship from TECGrupo.com and GEG-Pádua (Google Educational Group from Santo Antonio de Pádua).

How do you feel BAW participation benefited your organization and the local community?
It is very important because of the Dana and SBNeC autorizations and the Brain is always an atual subject. Along the years the local people have more interest in Brain aspects information. Nowadays we have a optional discipline discussing cognition, smartphone apps and games for undergraduate students from computer teachers formation course.
