Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
566/5000 The event was attended by undergraduate students in Psychology, Master of Psychology, PhD in Physiological Sciences and post-doctoral students. Several activities were carried out, such as the students’ presentation and demonstration of the activities carried out by the group, as well as presentations on Neuroscience topics, which this year will address anxiety and approaches to non-pharmacological treatments, support tools and clarifications to students, year of entrance exam goes through this emotion so complicated in this period. The objective was to introduce and simplify the middle school students that can give you with anxiety and what tools to overcome this barrier, through videos, lectures, explanatory games. Our goal was fulfilled during brain week as the students enjoyed the activities very much, asked a lot about the anxiety issue and the school principals asked us to come back next year.

We should always organize the events a few months in advance so that everything happens in the best possible way. Preparing explanatory and illustrative materials for the general population.
