Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
The purpose of the outreach was to educate the population on the effect of smoking on the brain and how they can keep their safe and in good health. With regards to the participation, it was a good one and many youths showed interest in the campaign and some even decided to be brand ambassadors of the campaign. Also, the outcome was not bad as we were able to get to about 500 youths, taking into consideration that it was on done directly that is in schools and indirectly through our social media pages. The session with students lasted for close to 3 hours with the asking questions on matters that needed concerns.

How do you feel BAW participation benefited your organization and the local community?
Youths are much more conscious of the damages smoking cause to their mental health and some decided to stop smoking after the sensitization, and we hope they continue in that spirit.

Many people know the danger of smoking but still decide to smoke. We will love if guidance can be given on how to handle such cases.
