Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
The IMT School organized various events throughout the whole week. The program was inaugurated with the event “Ambiente e Cervello – un dialogo incessante” where there were partecipation over 150 people. Many people also partecipated to all the other events of the program, especially the events dedicated to the school students. This is a very important goal achieved by IMT School, because the Brain Awarness Week is becoming a well known and awaited appointment in the city. This large audience is also an indicator of the effectiveness of the communication campaign carried out, which has been get stronger this year. The Brain Awarness Week was also an excellent opportunity to consolidate collaboration with many institutions of the territory. The number of sponsorships obtained is also increased compared to previous editions. Our School obtained great visibility thanks to the BAW and the event was useful to explain one of our research topics to the general public. The local community enjoied the opportunity to meet scientists.
