Publicity Methods Used:

  • Emails

Mailings were the most successful, as many schools contacted us to let us know they will use the materials next year. We used a mailing list (provided by Eduxarxa) with all schools in Catalonia.

Feedback & Keys to Success

How do you feel BAW participation benefited your organization and the local community?

We have prepared all materials, available on our website (https://inc.uab.cat/ca/comunicacio/materials-de-divulgacio), but events will be hosted next year due to the school calendar.

Please share any suggestions or lessons learned that may help others plan future events:

Consider the time you will spend preparing all materials and the school’s calendar (most of them have everything planned three months in advance).
