Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
We extended the open door days to five this year which were very successful, we received the small children on Monday with the Cats with robes show and the interactive setup. In the evening the Rector of the UMH University opened BAW and the Round table about Fanaticism was very clarifying to the audience. Along the week we received hundreds of visitors daily which were quite amazed with the setup where the volunteers were explaining the technics used in our research. We had two radio shows , one national and the UMH’s, where they interviewed researches and students attending BAW. The talks were very successful and the art exhibit was held at the Sant Juan villa’s town hall during a week.
