Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
This event included a documentary video made by the artist, Stavros Panagiotakis. It was entitled: “The portrait of the brain” and was presented on the 23rd of May 2022 at the Amphitheatre Panetsos, School of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from 16.30-18.00. The presentation was a documentary where 27 visual artists, through a one-minute video each, answer the question: “What is the brain?”
The event was offered in a hybrid (physical presence and zoom presentation) form. After the video, a discussion with the audience followed.
