Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
The Brain Awareness Week in the Laboratory of Neurosciences at Federico Gomez Children´s Hospital of Mexico will be an online event where the general population can learn about the brain and how it works. Despite the inconveniences of the pandemic, we had good acceptance in our diverse activities on line and we believe that we have achieved our goals.

How do you feel BAW participation benefited your organization and the local community?
Undoubtedly helped to the community to know that in our hospital we are conducting research related to neurosciences which is an important point, since many of the attendeeshad no idea that our laboratory existed.
Please share any suggestions or lessons learned that may help others plan future events:
Due to the pandemic, we held our event online and we had some problems with connection, sound, etc. However, if conditions allow it, the next edition, we will do our event in situ and hopefully there will be a better interaction with the attendees.
