Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:

in BAW 2017 there was several conferences and forums with relation to studies of brain; i.e. senses, endocannabinoids in brain, neurotoxins, neuroendocrinology, neuropharmacology, neurodegenerative disease. The bachelor students were very interesting in these topics because they noted that could involved in the brain research, also they learnt how the brain function to shares this information with their partners, friends and family. Every year in BAW is organized a poster concurse, it is a important event in our BAW, because students participate showing a topic in relation to brain in a poster. We observed a lot of enthusiasm during the elaboration and presenting of poster. Also BAW organizers award the best posters with different books. Also, in this BAW 2017 had around of 15 workshops with several topics such as “built your brain”, “smell with the brain”, “faces memory” “cannabis in the brain” etc. Professors, students, child and public in general participated in every one of our workshops, in this session the people is very interesting because through of didactic ways learnt more about the brain.
