Two activities were developed: 1) Workshops and lectures in public schools in the capital and in the interior 2) Symposium on neuroscience and brain knowledge and visits to UFPA interactive spaces. At school, during science classes, studies of the Nervous System and its relationship with the sense organs were developed, students were able to manipulate, listen, observe and taste different items, formulating hypotheses about the structure and organization of the brain, constructing their own prototypes of brains, identifying, with the aid of videos and orientations of the facilitators, the cortical areas related to each experienced sense. There were lectures and workshops on themes of the nervous system and visit to the interactive space on the sensory system guided by members of LANEEF at the Federal University of Pará. The event ended with a practical gymnastics class and its importance for brain health, activity which involved young and old people.
