Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
We held an online lecture and panel discussion giving our participants an overview of the emotional processing centers and executive centers of our brains. We addressed issues as they related to focus and attention, cognitive and emotional regulation and offered some great tips and examples from our panel of experts. It was a very valuable session considering the times we are currently in. We were able to educate and provide practical applications to how you can join forces with your brain everyday.
