Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
We focused most of our efforts internally, to help define what brain health leadership means. As such we rolled out 60 workshops in the context of BAW, with Lundbeck’s top leadership. Secondly, we sponsored/participated in the following initiatives: 1- European Brain Council: publication of Government Affairs position paper focused on Innovation and calling for the adoption of an Brain Plans.2- OneNeurology Campaign: advocating for brain health and neurology in the context of the WHO plans. Lundbeck was invited as a speaker to their Podcast series, alongside KOLs (D.Dodik, P.Boon) and patient community (EMHA and EHF).3- European Migraine and Headache Associations: Webinar and toolkit to empower membership with social media skills. 50% EMHA members and Canadian migraine associations attended the webinar.4- GAMIAN-Europe: infographic about the links on mental health and brain health. For the first time, GAMIAN-Europe talks about the different chemical processes of the brain and need to foster brain research.
