Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
SUPERA started celebrating the Brain Awareness Week in 2015, and in 2017 it was again a great success. The actions are listed below: – Special articles about the brain, always referring to the BAW. The main theme of the articles was “Truths and myths about the Brain”. SUPERA posted the articles on the website and spread them through social media, reaching almost 300K followers on Facebook and Instagram. – Special Webinar with the theme Memory. Broadcasted online. – 126 media insertions. Paper, TV and radio. – SUPERA has 200 active units. The subject BAW was discussed in all our units, in class.
