Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:

We hosted our annual Neuroscience Fair with 16 exhibits at the Grand Rapids Public Museum. Our exhibits include: holding human brains, egg drop to learn about head injuries, neuroprosthetics with Backyard Brains to crafts activites to make a neuron model out of pencils and pipe cleaners. The activities range in target age from young elementary school to middle school.
