Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
We participate each year at a public market which is held weekly yearlong. We talk with their customers and display a story board along with the many BAW handout materials obtained from The Dana Alliance. We especially target children and seniors in our effort. We have found this to be a very effective way to reach a large segment of the general public.

Feedback & Keys to Success
How do you feel BAW participation benefited your organization and the local community?
We feel the BAW materials give us an excellent opportunity to promote one of main educational themes of Pilot International – “Taking Care of your Brain For Life”. We have found some new members for our group who want to join us in this fight.
