Details of Major Brain Awareness Week Events/Activities:
Exhibition, Competitions for high school, paramedical and medical students and prize distribution for winners of 1st,2nd and 3rd places in each category. Objective is to make the students and public to be aware of the normal brain, its structure and function, foods that boost brain power, awareness on brain health. The goals were achieved.

It benefitted the organizers in wrking as a team and get sensitized about the BAW. People started asking for similar events at frequent intervals

More of public participation to be encouraged THe events to be expanded in a bigger scale with visits to remote villages conducting camps and exhibition on wheels to make them aware
