English version of BAW 2018 “Mind-full of Consciousness” programme is available at: https://neuronauke.files.wordpress.com/2018/05/program-baw-2018.pdf BAW 2018 poster: https://neuronauke.files.wordpress.com/2018/03/za-fb-event-latinica.jpg In conclusion, we are very proud of our BAW 2018 “Mind-full of Consciousness “ program. Over 500 students and young curious people visited our popular science lectures. According to our records, exhibition was visited by over 1500 people. According to evaluation forms, which we have been implementing during the last three years, our interactive exhibition at the Gallery of Science and Technology was rated with higher marks, when compared with our exhibitions held in the last two years. Visitors, mostly students, declared that they learned something new and that our volunteers succeeded in numerous tasks to present neuroscience topics in interactive, creative and amusing way. These and other data from our evaluation form, allow us to claim that BAW 2018 “Mind – full of Consciousness“ program was more successful than our BAW 2017. Results of our three year evaluation of interactive exhibitions which visitors in gallery rated during BAW 2016, BAW 2017 and BAW 2018 are valuable at our web site: https://neuronauke.org/2018/04/30/evaluation/

Feedback & Keys to Success
How do you feel BAW participation benefited your organization and the local community?
For us, it is very important to be in touch with audience and inquire about the interests for the newest topics in neuroscience so they can keep up with public curiosity toward deeper understanding the mystery of nervous system. Selection of speakers and topics in this year’s program was adjusted to audience wishes, taken from students evaluation form from past two years. Also, we have been following our audience feedback through evaluation form: https://neuronauke.org/2018/04/30/evaluation/
Please share any suggestions or lessons learned that may help others plan future events:
